30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
CRC Computer Builds includes a 30-day workmanship guarantee after handover. This covers assembly-related issues such as loose connections, installation problems or build-related setup faults.
Warranty and support do not cover customer damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, liquid damage, poor transport handling after delivery, or software issues caused after handover.
Service Area
Local service with EU build shipping by arrangement.
CRC Computer Builds provides local PC building, upgrades, service and maintenance in the Zgorzelec / Görlitz area and within approximately 50 km.
Custom PC builds can also be shipped within the EU by arrangement. Shipping costs are not included and will be confirmed separately before purchase.
For shipped builds, if hands-on repair is required, the PC may need to be shipped back to CRC Computer Builds.
